About the Role

Smash Therapy Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Retail Associate - Back End. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  2. Preparing and maintaining activity rooms and equipment
  3. Ensuring all areas of the center are kept clean and tidy
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and support
  5. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals

Key Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy objects when necessary
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
