- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and software.
- Ensure reliability of the IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and robotic systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to on-site staff at Customer Sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management.
- Strong knowledge of computer networks, server management, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with running on-call rotations or Site Reliability Engineering teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
