CT Technologist

Position Summary:
FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our Radiology team in Pinehurst. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to enhance clinical skills and work with a diverse patient population.

Job Details:
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate from an accredited school of Radiology with additional training in CT and hold ARRT Certification in Radiology. You must also be CT Registry eligible or CT Registered, with a commitment to becoming CT registered within 6 months of hire. BCLS certification is also required. This position involves rotating on the holiday schedule and requires a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of CT imaging protocols and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
