The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain a safe work environment, and promote a culture of safety and environmental mindfulness.
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety and environmental hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels of the organization, including new hire orientation, refresher training, and specialized training as needed.
• Recordkeeping and Reporting: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and standards, including recordkeeping, reporting, and documentation requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EHS initiatives and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Language: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
