Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive base rate of $218,000 per year for full-time positions, with part-time compensation and benefits to be discussed at interview. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 6% match, generous PTO, CME allowance, licensing and professional fee allowance, paid interview expenses, onsite Employee Health and Wellness Clinic, and onsite Child Care and Learning Center.
Job Description
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with our hospital-employed group, you will have the opportunity to practice independently according to your expertise, Oregon State statutes/regulations, and health district policies. Your responsibilities will include administering anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be Board Certified as a CRNA, hold an Oregon license (or be willing to obtain one), and have at least one year of employment experience as a CRNA. You should also be interested in working either full-time (80 hours per pay period) or part-time (48 hours per pay period). Additionally, you should have ties to Oregon, such as family in the area or having lived in the state at some point.

Weekend and On-Call Requirements
