Company Overview: ResCare is in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP to deliver high-quality care on a PRN basis. This role provides the chance to offer vital one-on-one support to clients in their own environments, enhancing your professional skills in speech-language pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients' speech and language challenges
  • Deliver therapeutic services as required
  • Guide patients in enhancing their communication abilities
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams on therapeutic techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and clinical notes
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct patient care, ideally in a home health setting
  • Current CPR certification
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
