Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Automotive Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an entry-level lube technician, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests.

About the Role

You will be responsible for changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, inspecting and replacing lights and wipers, and performing an 18-point safety check. Our award-winning training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Requirements

  • An Eagerness to Learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to Stand for Up to 8 Hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to Crouch, Bend, Twist, and Work with Your Hands Above Your Head
  • Comfortable Working in a Non-Climate-Controlled Environment
  • English Fluency in Reading, Writing, and Speaking Required
  • Spanish Fluency in Reading, Writing, and Speaking Required
