Unit Manager - RN

Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit to ensure quality care and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being and achieve optimal health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Valid state nursing license.
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
