Role Overview
As an FOH Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through knowledge and enthusiasm. You'll work closely with our BOH team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean, organized environment that meets our high standards.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing expertly crafted espresso and tea drinks to meet customer expectations.
- Supporting the BOH team by expediting food orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Delivering exceptional customer service through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and positive attitude.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our coffees, teas, foods, and promotions to drive sales and provide informed recommendations.
- Contributing to a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and forearms.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends, weekdays, and evenings.
