About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior/Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our public accounting team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and evaluate complex tax returns, including multistate returns for individuals, partnerships, estates, trusts, and gift taxes, as well as C and S corporations.
  • Develop and implement tax planning and forecasting strategies for both individuals and companies.
  • Review and analyze staff-prepared year-end closings.
  • Conduct technical research and analysis of tax conformity.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in staff training and development, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of associate, staff, and senior accountants.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a combination of the following:
  • CPA or EA certification
  • Experience with C and S Corp, Partnership, and Individual tax returns
  • Estates and Trust tax experience
