Personal Care Aide

A Plus Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides. Our organization, part of the Addus HomeCare family, has been serving communities in Montana for over 20 years.
About the JobThis position involves providing assistance with daily living activities to clients in their own homes. As a Personal Care Aide, you will work on a routine basis to help clients with meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, socialization, and other tasks.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive wages, flexible work hours, and a range of benefits tailored to meet your needs. Our salary for this role is estimated to be around $18-22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Vacation time accrual
- Immunizations offered (TB, Hep B and Flu vaccine)
- Continuing education and training
To qualify for this role, you must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if you plan to drive for the company.
If you are a trained PCA or CNA, you are welcome to apply and start immediately. We also offer a 16-hour training course that meets the educational requirement for this position at no cost to you.
