## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Surgical First Assist (ARNP or Physician Assistant) to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and exceptional surgical assistance in a fast-paced environment.

## Responsibilities

* Provide surgical assistance to surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
* Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

## Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience working as an advanced practice provider in a surgical specialty
* Graduate from a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
* Licensed in the state of Washington as a P.A or ARNP by the time of employment
* ARNP/PA Certified
* DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
* Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
