About the Role

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our Department of Gynecologic Oncology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting clinical and translational research, and contributing to the advancement of our institution's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Practice: Provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, management, and treatment of patients with gynecologic cancers.
  • Research and Education: Engage in clinical or translational research, develop new educational techniques, and participate in tumor boards, molecular genetics conferences, and other educational activities.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Supervise Advance Practice Professionals and academic trainees, and collaborate with clinicians and basic and population scientists to advance our research and educational programs.
Requirements
  • Medical degree or foreign equivalent
  • Completion of residency training program in Internal Medicine and fellowship training program in Hematology/Oncology
  • Board eligible or Board certified in Hematology/Oncology
  • Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
