About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal IT Analyst Finance to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of critical IT processes supporting Financial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and submit comprehensive reports to relevant department heads and management.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge around Financial Technologies, including SAP FICO/FSCM, Kronos, and payroll systems.
  • Identify patterns and trends in analyzed data to support business goals and needs, and establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.
  • Formulate procedural process flows and business requirements documents for functional leaders and project teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in new and existing technology solution delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvement and achieve business objectives, and produce and analyze data reports with insightful commentary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading medium to complex systems development projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify key interdependencies, and proven ability to influence and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information and collaborate with diverse teams.
