Responsibilities:

• Provide Companionship: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere by spending quality time with residents.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor Residents' Well-being: Report changes in physical and emotional health to the nursing team.

Requirements:

• Current CNA Certification: Maintain valid certification in the state of Indiana.
• Physical Abilities: Perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
