As a Mammography Technologist at Solis Mammography, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality breast health services to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate technologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for and assist radiologists in the completion of mammography examinations, including breast biopsies.
- Produce high-quality images for radiologists to evaluate.
- Effectively communicate with patients about procedures and educate them on the importance of regular mammography in preventative breast health.
- Maintain a patient-first focus and provide outstanding customer service skills.
- Collaborate with doctors, patients, and other employees to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Consistently practice excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique.
- Complete accurate documentation and perform quality control functions related to mammography.
- Assist in compiling and maintaining statistical data.
- Promote patient comfort and privacy at all times.
