Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Rise Inc Family is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team in Vernal, UT. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.
  • Provide behavioral supports and promote positive behaviors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community resources.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Approved background clearance application through the Office of Licensing annually.
  • Reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting individuals, if applicable.
  • Access to a telephone.
