ResponsibilitiesThe Radiologic Technologist I is responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State, and Federal Regulations. This role serves as the primary interface with patients, ensuring their imaging needs are met effectively. The technologist will also participate in performance improvement and quality control activities and is responsible for the processing and transmission of images to the PACS system.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Must possess a current CRT issued by CDPH.
2. Fluoroscopy permit from CDPH must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
3. Venipuncture certification must be acquired within 3 months of hire.
4. ARRT-R certification is required.
5. Familiarity with State and Federal regulations is essential.
6. Current BCLS (AHA) certification is necessary.
7. Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES.
8. At least one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist is preferred.
9. Proficient computer skills are required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which encompasses estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, ranges from $24.63 to $38.89. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, considering various factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
