Position Summary: The Registered Nurse in the surgical environment is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care and support during surgical interventions. The RN will oversee patient positioning, preparation, and the circulation of procedures.
The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional patient service, demonstrate effective multitasking skills, exhibit adaptability in various tasks, maintain rigorous infection control protocols, enhance professional competencies, and collaborate efficiently within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
This position requires availability exclusively on weekdays, with no obligations for holidays, weekends, or on-call duties. Occasional evening shifts may be necessary. The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package for the right candidate.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is essential. A BSN is preferred.
- An active and unrestricted RN license in the state is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Circulator is essential.
- Current American Heart BLS certification is mandatory.
