About the Team

MatrixCare is a leading SaaS provider for long-term post-acute care. We build, deliver, and maintain Electronic Medical Health Record systems in the LTPAC market. Nurses and their Aides use our products to complete care workflows for patients.

About the Role

  • Conduct feasibility analysis for upcoming initiatives and potential partnerships, providing insights into technical viability and potential challenges.
  • Develop high-level design and initial estimates for upcoming initiatives.
  • Perform impact analysis on product engineering, anticipating potential bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
  • Conduct cost analysis for building and operating modules, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
  • Evaluate alternative designs and frameworks, considering scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Identify and implement enablers to enhance engineering velocity, including tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development workflows and remove obstacles to productivity.
  • Lead the creation of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the feasibility of technical solutions.
  • Develop bootstraps to accelerate the onboarding of engineering teams onto new projects, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in.NET Technologies
  • 5+ years in AWS
  • 5+ years in designing and architecting systems and services
  • Experience in cloud transformation
  • Experience working in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT)
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • EMR experience
  • Rhapsody or Cloverleaf experience
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • LTPAC experience

Compensation

Base Pay Range for this position: $146,000 - $183,000
