Position Overview
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, and management of team members.
- Implement a resident-focused approach to care.
- Deliver nursing services to residents, which includes conducting health evaluations and developing personalized care plans, communicating changes in resident health to medical professionals, and introducing tailored interventions to minimize fall risks.
- Administer medications and assist with resident care as required.
- Collaborate with the community's multidisciplinary team to facilitate the resident admission process, including screening, assessment, and care planning.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is mandatory.
- Management experience in caregiving settings is preferred, along with relevant caregiver certifications.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in senior care is advantageous.
- Strong background in patient care assessment and developing strategies to address resident needs.
- Experience in community or long-term care environments is essential.
- Must comply with all state regulations.
