Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and Patient Care Volunteers
- Manage patient data and maintain accurate records
- 1+ year of experience as a staff nurse in a comparable setting
- Hospice and/or palliative care experience preferred
- BSN degree or higher
- Current licensure in the District of Columbia, State of Maryland, or Commonwealth of Virginia
