Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and medical care needs, providing personalized support and care.
  • Provide medical care, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, community access, and specialized developmental activities tailored to the individual's needs.
  • Document service delivery, including time entries and daily charting, to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with no more than 4 points.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but training is available for those without.
