Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Acute Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, promoting their independence, and supporting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients in a safe and comfortable manner, consistent with community policy.
  • Promote and support patients' independence, dignity, and autonomy.
  • Assist in the implementation of care plans, as directed, within established policies and procedures.
  • Observe and report on patients' conditions, documenting observations as required.
  • Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • State certification as a nursing assistant.
  • Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
  • Highly developed observation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
