Opportunity for a Surgical Oncology Provider

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Oncology Provider to join our team at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. As a member of our academic medical center, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the advancement of patient care and nursing science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a surgical oncology setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in inpatient and outpatient rounding, including surgical oncology consultations and patient navigation
  • Support the general surgery team with additional duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Board Certification Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Board Certified Physician Assistant
  • Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse
  • DEA and CDS eligibility
