We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in daily collaboration with the team to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Handle Jira tickets with pending tasks assigned by the manager or leads, working on a library, utilizing TestRails, executing tests, and providing feedback on tickets.
- Work closely with a team of 12 QAs and developers to deliver high-quality software products.

Requirements:- 5-8 years of experience in QA/Testing
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management, specifically with Invoices, Usage, Usage Summaries, Rebills or Cancellations
- Hands on experience with SFDC CPQ and SFDC Billing, specifically with Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Usage, Usage Summaries, etc.
- Jira or ITSM experience
- Agile/Scrum Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication
- ISTQB certified
- Salesforce certified
