About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Third Party Cyber Assurance Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infosec team, you will be responsible for overseeing third-party security programs and ensuring the maximum protection of all aspects of security within the third-party landscape.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure that each third party is thoroughly prepared for assessments and to gather an in-depth understanding of their security environment. You will act as the single point of contact to prepare vendors for assessments, answer detailed questions, and communicate with the third-party security teams to review information security policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting control environments, control strengths, and health, as well as reviewing information security policies and procedures for completeness. Your findings will be used to inform remediation approaches and support the onboarding of ~1,300 FLU managed third parties into the Global Third-Party Procurement (GTPP) Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of third-party security programs
  • Assessment scope determination and preparation of assessment work-papers
  • Meetings with enterprise vendor managers and vendors to prepare them for assessments
  • Documentation collection and review of information security policies and procedures
  • Population of assessment workpapers with information for third-party assessors
  • Supporting the onboarding of ~1,300 FLU managed third parties into the GTPP Program

Requirements:

  • Background in information security or risk management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, information security, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills/problem-solving/conceptual thinking
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners
  • Optional certifications: CISSP (ISC2), CISA, CRISC, CISM (ISACA), CCIE (Cisco), TOGAF, CCTA (McAfee), CCFP (ISC2)

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and time off/leave.
