As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, including restrooms, break areas, and plant offices. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness, following a daily schedule of assigned tasks, and performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting. You will also be responsible for maintaining supply levels and restocking as needed, responding to customer complaints and requests with professionalism and patience, and providing excellent customer service to all individuals who utilize our facilities. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance, prioritize and manage your time effectively, and work efficiently without compromising quality.
