Key Responsibilities:

The Electrical Operations Supervisor will lead the electrical team throughout project lifecycles, ensuring the installation of comprehensive electrical systems, managing contracts, maintaining quality standards, and identifying training needs to enhance staff capabilities while ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and safety protocols.

  • Analyze and interpret design schematics to guarantee accurate electrical system installations.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for the electrical team.
  • Provide motivation and support as needed.
  • Evaluate and review the work performed by the electrical team.
  • Diagnose significant system failures and equipment issues.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and adhere to regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Oversee the inventory of electrical materials and tools based on departmental needs.
  • Manage productivity, overtime, and material expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an electrical supervisor.
  • Extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential electrical systems.
  • Proficient troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Familiarity with state electrical and safety regulations.
  • Experience collaborating with inspectors to fulfill permit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Clean background and driving record.
