Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Order Selector to contribute to our operations.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $22.50, increasing to $26.00 after 6 months (Paid Weekly)
- Performance-Based Incentive Pay
- Shift Differential: $0.50 for 2nd Shift | $0.75 for 3rd Shift
Work Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - Midnight | 3rd Shift: Midnight - 7:30 AM
- Flexibility to work both shifts is required; assignments will be based on operational needs for a minimum of 6 months.
- Average Weekly Hours: 40-50
- Overtime Pay applicable after an 8-hour workday
- 5 Days a Week, 8-Hour Shifts (Overtime may be required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately select customer orders, ensuring no damage occurs.
- Assemble orders according to specified load tickets.
- Wrap and label orders appropriately.
- Transport completed orders to the loading area.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive incoming products and manage inventory levels.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and operate machinery safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to meet productivity standards.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Regularly lift items weighing between 25 lbs. and 50 lbs., with occasional lifting of up to 170 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6 months of experience in physically demanding roles, such as healthcare, fitness, agriculture, construction, or landscaping.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment in a temperature-controlled environment; forklift certification is advantageous.
- Experience in stocking, product handling, or local delivery.
- Background in foodservice distribution or grocery delivery is a plus.
