Job Summary

Requirements
  • Security Clearance: MUST possess an active DOE Q clearance or an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
Experience and Skills
  • Program Management Experience: This position requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Program Management, managing projects of comparable size and complexity.
  • Communication Skills: The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Conflict Resolution: The candidate must have a strong knowledge and command of conflict-resolution techniques.
  • Pressure Management: The candidate must have the ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Data Analysis: The candidate must be able to perform complex data analysis and apply the analysis to make process improvements.
  • DOE Experience: It is highly desirable that the individual have direct management experience within/with the DOE.
  • Cybersecurity Experience: It is highly desirable for the individual to have direct and current experience with cybersecurity support and IT providing project planning and management, application development, testing, operations and maintenance, website development, help desk and end-user support, and server and network infrastructure management support.
Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university or college in such fields as one of the engineering disciplines, physical sciences, or public or business administration.
