Charleston, West Virginia, United States Wounded Nature - Working Veterans Full time
Job Overview
Wounded Nature - Working Veterans is a reputable non-profit organization seeking an experienced Corporate Fundraising Specialist to lead our capital campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising $8 million to support our mission of removing abandoned boats from South Carolina's waters. This ambitious project aims to make us the first southern state to achieve this milestone.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in major fundraising, comfortable networking, and adept at securing donations of $50,000 or more. As we do not possess an existing donor list, the successful applicant will need to develop a network of donors and referrals through their own efforts. In return, they can expect a competitive salary based on results. Our proposed compensation structure would reward the specialist with 10% of the funds raised, structured over a 24-month period. However, we expect rapid progress within the first 30 days.

We invite applications from individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Please visit our website at woundednature.org to learn more about our organization and this exciting opportunity.
