About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Good4U Crew Member. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Assist with cashiering duties, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Support various departments within the store, including stocking, receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in company initiatives, such as promoting special events and programs, and engaging with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Gain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on store promotions and offerings.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Cashiering skills and ability to handle money accurately.
  • Ability to pass food safety training courses and certifications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to:

  • Constantly lift or carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequently lift or carry 11-20 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift or carry 21-50 lbs. with a team lift.
  • Frequently push or pull up to 15 lbs.
  • Occasionally push or pull lbs.
  • Constantly walk, stand, use fine motor manipulations, grip, bend, twist, turn, and reach outward for the duration of the work shift.
Work Environment

This role is based in our Evergreen, CO store location and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with occasional exposure to noise, cold, heat, wet, humid, outside, heights, and contact stress.
