Warehouse Associate Job Description

Ryder is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation
  • Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks
  • Perform day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, including picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
