Job Summary:

The People Data Intern will be responsible for analyzing and provisioning people and talent acquisition data to support our business strategy and HR initiatives. This role will assist in developing dashboards, delivering reports to various business functions, and maintaining proper access to stakeholders.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and analytics in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support intake processes for ad hoc data requests from various stakeholders.
  • Help create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key HR metrics.
  • Partner with engineering teams to facilitate the migration of data into our data visualization software.
  • Assign and document security profiles and access controls for our data visualization tools to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing HR data to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and document gaps in existing HR data, and support developing solutions for future enhancements.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in people analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
