Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling and support to students to help them overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Assess the emotional and behavioral needs of students and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Work with students to improve their social and communication skills.
  • Assist students with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Administer academic and cognitive achievement assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Analyze and integrate data to provide comprehensive reports to students, parents, and educators.
  • Present eligibility criteria and interpret test data to the multidisciplinary school team and student guardians.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • Delaware School Psychologist License.
  • 1 year of recent relevant experience preferred.
