Job Title: Barista/Expo

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Barista/Expo at Din Tai Fung. As a Barista/Expo, you will be responsible for making all drinks in the Boba department, plating all appetizer items, and packing takeout orders according to Din Tai Fung's established recipes and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Makes all drinks within the Barista station according to Din Tai Fung's established recipes and SOPs
  • Plates and garnishes the drinks in accordance with Din Tai Fung's guidelines
  • Cleans, organizes and maintains the Barista station
  • Takes inventory of the items and restocks necessary items
  • Assists with packing takeout orders
  • Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
Requirements:
