Overview:
As a vital member of our team, the Coordinator 2 will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in designated process areas, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data related to Independent Medical Reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate data submissions for Independent Medical Review.
- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses on intricate cases.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines for all assigned responsibilities.
- Support leadership through comprehensive research and reporting activities.
- Interpret and apply relevant state laws and regulations to data analysis.
- Collaborate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide mentorship and training to production personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Medicare Appeals and associated systems.
Home Office Requirements:
- Reliable hardwired internet (ethernet) connection.
- Designated workspace with sufficient power supply.
- All necessary equipment will be supplied by Maximus.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
