Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at LOS GATOS COMMUNITY. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our gymnastics program, developing and implementing training plans, and providing guidance and support to our athletes.

• Program Development: Design and implement training plans to meet the needs of our athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Coaching and Instruction: Provide expert coaching and instruction to athletes of varying skill levels, using a variety of techniques to meet individual needs.
• Team Management: Manage and lead our gymnastics team, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with athletes and parents.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other coaches, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Safety and Risk Management: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for athletes, including adherence to safety protocols and risk management procedures.

• Education and Experience: A minimum of two years coaching experience, with a strong background in gymnastics and sports instruction.
• Certifications and Qualifications: Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and NFHS Coaching, as well as a strong understanding of gymnastics rules and regulations.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with regular exposure to athletes and staff. The position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands.
