Job Title: Manual Machinist

Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in the automotive industry. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for manually drilling, boring, cutting, and shaping car engine blocks using manual lathes, mills, and boring machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual Machining: Utilize manual lathes, mills, drills, and boring machines to manually cut and shape car engine blocks with precision.
  • Car Engine Cutting & Shaping: Perform manual car engine cutting, welding, and shaping, maintaining strict adherence to specifications and designs.
  • Engine Block Design: Work on complex engine block designs, ensuring each block is machined with high accuracy and to tight tolerances.
  • Metal & Carbon Fiber Cutting: Cut and machine a variety of materials, including metal and carbon fiber, to create robust engine components.
  • Welding & Metalwork: Apply manual welding techniques to join engine components and ensure durability.
  • Blueprint Reading & Precision Measurement: Read and interpret technical blueprints and use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify precision.
  • Manual Fabrication: Handle manual fabrication processes for engine block construction and ensure parts meet stringent automotive industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in manual machining in the automotive industry, particularly in cutting and shaping car engine blocks.
  • Strong expertise in using manual lathes, boring machines, and metal cutting equipment.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and work with precision measurement tools.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy in machining.
