COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes an annual incentive bonus program, allowances for automobile and mobile phone, as well as health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Construction Project Manager, you will face diverse challenges and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all phases of project planning, coordination, execution, and supervision.
- Managing communications with stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining exemplary leadership.
- Serving as the primary liaison with contracting officers and vendors.
- Conducting site visits to monitor quality and compliance.
- Participating in proposal development and project estimation.
- Coordinating documentation for project permits and change orders.
- Preparing and distributing project schedules and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience as a project manager in general contracting, particularly with U.S. Federal Government projects.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects across various locations.
- Experience in implementing Quality Control Plans aligned with government standards.
- Training in OSHA 30 and EM.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass required background checks.
