Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric care, including evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals with mental health needs.
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered care and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Document and navigate electronic health records independently.
- Participate in the creation of individualized treatment plans after discussing the case with the mental health care team.
- Evaluate patients for the need for a higher level of care, including hospitalization.
- Provide patient education on medication and treatment adherence, as well as aftercare services.
- Work closely with supervising physicians to ensure improved patient outcomes and high-quality care.
