Tenet Massachusetts is currently in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU - Intensive Care Unit to join our esteemed healthcare team.

Role Summary:
This position involves delivering direct clinical care to patients within the ICU setting. The RN will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift-by-shift basis.
- Supervising nursing staff and delegating appropriate care tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with high standards of nursing practice and patient safety.
- Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining quality nursing care and resource management.
Qualifications:
- Required: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred: A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
Certifications:
- Required: Current nursing license and CPR certification as mandated by state regulations.
