This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to lead our production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee the production process, develop a production schedule, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers, review their performance, and identify training needs.
  • Work with senior management to implement company policies and goals.
  • Ensure final products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot problems or bottlenecks in production processes.
  • Participate in budget development and oversee cost and general accounting related to manufacturing processes.
**Requirements**
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with Production Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software and systems.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost objectives and ability to implement production plans to meet these goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and proven experience in implementing them.
