Operational Framework & Scheduling:

  • Work Hours: This is a full-time role, organized within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility in scheduling can be accommodated if needed.
  • Weekends & Major Holidays: The practice remains closed to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Patient Load & Schedule Structure: Manage 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
  • On-Call Duties: Minimal phone calls; on-call responsibilities are light.

Service Scope:

  • Clinical Focus: We address both chronic conditions and acute illnesses, with a strong emphasis on preventive care.
  • Technological Integration: We employ EClinicalWorks as our electronic medical record system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Commitment: This role is intended for candidates seeking long-term employment.
  • Certification Requirements: Established physicians must hold board certification. Current residents should be board-eligible and obtain certification prior to starting work.
  • Professionalism: Key attributes include excellent bedside manners, strong customer service skills, adaptability, and compassion.
  • Coding & Billing Knowledge: Proficiency in ICD codes and compliance with E/M coding guidelines are crucial.
