- Provide assistance to the Office Manager with daily administrative functions
- Support colleagues with document handling, communication, filing, and organization
- Develop and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital records
- Oversee inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furnishings
- Manage correspondence with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other parties
- Draft written correspondence and documents as required
- Create and maintain basic spreadsheets for internal purposes
The successful candidate should demonstrate proficiency in filing, MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication. Previous experience in the steel fabrication industry is a plus. Occasional local travel may be necessary for administrative tasks.
