Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy in collaboration with various departments.
- Enhance efficient process management to improve productivity, quality, and performance.
- Take responsibility for managing multiple projects and ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and consistency through significant activities in data management.
- Support and train digital trainers to improve digital competency throughout the bank.
- Foster innovation and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Expand and implement our automation strategy for further process automation and utilization of potential from generative AI.
- Maintain the organizational structure in accordance with organizational guidelines and regulations from auditing and supervisory authorities.
- Take on leadership responsibilities, including creating individual development plans for team members, promoting networking among leaders, encouraging idea generation and joint implementation, and identifying and addressing training needs.
