Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Manage inbound and outbound loads for orders and shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Carrier Management: Select and negotiate with carriers for LTL and Full Truck shipments, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, ad hoc counts, and inbound receipt audits, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Process purchase orders, inter-site company transfers, work orders, and customer returns, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, and collaborate with the planning team on inventory balancing.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics or a related industry, with project management experience and previous experience with freight shipment execution.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
