Accounts Payable Manager

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger.
  • Develop and implement AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any AP-related issues.
  • Prepare and analyze AP reports for management review.
  • Manage and mentor the AP team, providing guidance and support.
