Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN / RN to join our team at The Residence at Pearl Street, a community that provides high-quality care and services to seniors. As a member of our Resident Care Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Resident Care Director with the management of the community, including direct supervision of Resident Care Associates and monitoring emerging health needs of residents.
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Participate in community marketing efforts and promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, and the surrounding community.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop and revise service plans for residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their quality of life is maintained.
  • Participate in the direct care of residents on an as-needed basis and provide support to Resident Care Associates regarding assignment questions or concerns.
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN License in the state of employment.
  • At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of patho-physiological and psychosocial changes associated with the aging process and disabilities.
